Victorian Gold Vermeil Mourning Brooch and Hair Locket. Brooch measures approximately 2 1/2" tall  x 2 1/4" wide. Central framed area swivels to wear on either side, either of the deceased male portrait or of the intricate braided hair design.  Has a jump ring to be worn as a pendant as well.
