Founded in 1998 by Luna Francesca Scamuzzi, the Milanese jewelry house took the name of the first jewelry maker who lived in Milan in medieval times. Luna's workis based on one of a kind pieces with precious stones. She sculpts each jewel in wax and then it is cast in gold to make rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces that represent her organic and fantastic world, a view beyond the horizon of her beloved sea. Each jewel is thought and handmade in Milan. Her ambiguous images are a residue of the physicality between minerals sculpted by light bringing to mind warrior women, witch women, alien women and angel women. Each piece fuses the story between precious minerals, precious because they are full of history, mythology, alchemy, purity but with an unconventional form.
