Antique Diamond and Blue Enamel Brooch circa 1900

Diamond and cobalt blue enamel filigree brooch circa 1900. Hand engraved on the back. Mine and rose-cut diamonds. Metal is a mix of gold and silver. This piece is stunning on a lapel or dapper on a pocket, as well. 18.8 dwt.
